Pilot Script

I always wanted to do a quick book on Johnny’s origin, just to cement his place as a brand. It wasn’t until Script Frenzy 2010 (The Script version of NaNoWriMo) that I finally gotten down to putting it on paper. Or rather a script file on my Word Processor. It wasn’t much, just a detailed explanation of who Johnny is, how he came to know Amber, how he got his humble beginnings going and even tossed in an adventure where some creep of a director wanna be thought he could do a show on him incognito, and also act worse than a certain often flamed cartoonist that to your surprise isn’t even me! (Cough, Sonichu, Hack)

I wanted to have a decent site made for Johnny so I can place the script in, and that’s what I did with this WordPress Site. The Pilot Script is supposed to have not just the script, but some information of the characters, how I weave my way around existing copyrights (not just Disney World; the story takes place in Celebration, FL) and even tosses in some ideas that might get some thinking about the future of the story. It’s currently in an incomplete form–with only pictures in the first quarter of the story–but I don’t intend on getting it out of beta anyway.

Like I said, this is just my first script I’ve ever done. I expect it to have bugs galore in it.

I also wanted this brand to be more collaboration based. Granted, all of my Foxfire Studios brands do rely in some levels with collaboration with fans. Not only does it build an audience, but it also gives some fans the opportunity to actually contribute to a brand’s cannon. (Adventure Under The Rising Sun by Joe Doe, is a fine example of this.) I invite every Disney fan who wants to create a little Magic of their own–but are too afraid of the lawyers–to come over to my little sandbox with Johnny. Maybe we can make something special that Bob Iger would notice.
